Konkreter Bezugspunkt war die aktuelle Staatenprüfung der Schweiz. Kritisiert wird die mangelhafte Informationspolitik zu Ausnahmen für Behinderte. Es wird zudem aufgefordert die Zusammenarbeit mit DPOs zu stärken.

(c) Ensure disability inclusive COVID-19 response and recovery plans,
strengthen cooperation with organisations of persons with
disabilities, and ensure that information on pandemic measures,
including mask exemptions, is provided to the public, relevant
authorities and the media.
